About the service
DebridFlow manages download requests from URLs supplied by users. A supported request may produce a temporary download endpoint when the transfer is ready. Availability depends on the source host and the transfer provider. The dashboard also accepts user-supplied Usenet URLs or NZB files.
DebridFlow does not provide a public catalogue of films, series, books or other content, a content search engine, IPTV or a streaming catalog. It does not grant rights to third-party resources.
Access and account responsibility
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. Use the service only where you can lawfully enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account; report suspected unauthorised access through Contact. Access requires a valid account and an applicable access period.
Acceptable use
Only submit URLs and resources you have the rights or authorisation to access and download. You are responsible for the URLs and content you submit. Do not knowingly submit unauthorised resources, infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights, violate applicable law, distribute malicious material, or abuse service infrastructure.
DebridFlow credits
Credits are internal, closed-loop units usable only within DebridFlow, including redemption for service access time. Purchases, referral rewards and redemptions are recorded in your credit history. New credit purchases use Stripe Checkout. Available packs are 5 credits for EUR 5, 12 for EUR 12, 25 for EUR 25, 50 for EUR 50, 100 for EUR 100 and 250 for EUR 250. Credits and activated access are separate records. Check the displayed price and redemption cost before confirming.
Credits cannot be transferred to another user, withdrawn, resold or converted into money. They do not provide banking functionality or an investment return. This description does not determine their legal classification or limit any statutory refund rights.
Availability and limitations
Maintenance, interruptions, host changes and provider failures may delay or prevent transfers. Temporary links expire. Host limits, bandwidth, file size and concurrent download limits may apply, including to offers labelled Unlimited; consult Supported Hosts and Pricing. No particular speed or continuous availability is guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The DebridFlow name, interface and original materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual property rights. Using the service does not transfer ownership of these materials or of third-party content.
Reports, suspension and termination
Report suspected infringements using Copyright & Abuse. DebridFlow may review reports, restrict affected resources, or suspend or terminate accounts where abuse or repeated violations justify doing so, subject to applicable law. No automatic exemption from liability is claimed.
You may request account closure through Contact. Account closure, retention obligations and refund eligibility are considered separately; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
